Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you bought at grix.shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

  • Perishable goods, custom products, or personalized items.

  • Personal care or hygienic items (if the seal is broken).

3. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at support@grix.shop with your order number. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
