Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at grix.shop. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods for domestic transit within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE for orders over $75 (otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — Rates calculated at checkout based on location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
grix.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
grix.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
